old magnolia challenge - ribbon jar

hallo, wie geht´s euch? jede woche veranstalten meine lieben freundinnen claudia, carole und jacqueline und ich eine kleine challenge, für die wir uns eine bestimmte tilda oder edwin herauspicken und damit dann etwas gestalten. dafür hatte sich carole die flower power tilda aus der magnolia shabby chic collection 2008 ausgesucht.

ich wollte mich ja schon daran beteiligen, wollte aber nicht schon wieder eine karte machen. ich bin ja im moment auch dabei, mein bastelreich neu zu gestalten und langsam nimmt es wirklich formen an. beim aufräumen ist mir dann aufgefallen, dass sich bei mir sehr viele kleine bänderreste sammeln, die aber für meine bändertasche, wo ich stücke herausziehen kann, einfach zu kurz sind, aber irgendwie zum wegwerfen auch zu schade. manchmal braucht man wirklich nur 10 cm und dann fehlen einem gerade solche stücke. dafür habe ich mir jetzt nun ein grösseres glas genommen, was bei mir auf dem schreibtisch steht. da es mir aber zu kahl aussah, habe ich es passend zu der challenge mit der süssen tilda gestaltet.

nun könnt ihr auch sehen, wie mein neues bastelzimmer farblich wohl aussehen wird. noch dazu habe ich auch eines meiner lieblingspapiere mit tollen hibiscusblüten von k&company benutzt. den text habe ich einfach passend ausgedruckt und dann alles fertig gestaltet und aufgeklebt bzw. angebunden.

vielleicht habe ich euch ja mal wieder eine kleine anregung geliefert. vielen dank, dass ihr bei mir vorbeigeschaut habt. vergesst auch nicht, bei claudia, carole und jacqueline eine besuch abzustatten und anzusehen, was sie mit der tilda angefangen haben. habt einen schönen tag!

hello, how are you??? every week my dear friends claudia, carole und jacqueline and me arrange a little challenge and one girls choose an old magnolia image. carole´s choice was the flower power tilda from the magnolia shabby chic collection 2008.

i wanted to take part in but don´t make a card again. i´m working in my craft room in the moment and so a had the idea to scrap a jar for my little splits of ribbon. sometimes i have only little pieces odd from projects but it´s a pity to cast away pieces of 10 cm. now i have a jar on my table and this i have decorated with the tilda.

now you can also see which colours my new room have. i´ve also used one of my fave papers with wonderful hibiscus in turquoise. the text is printed.

megastamper sketch #32 "herzlichen glückwunsch"

guten morgen. seid ihr bereit für eine neue herausforderung??? heute ist es nun soweit und es kommt ein neuer megastamper sketch, der wieder für die nächsten zwei wochen bis zum 11. mai für euch zur aufgabe steht. natürlich gibt es auch wieder einen gutschein über 15 € von megahobby zu gewinnen.

aber natürlich habe ich auch eine beispielkarte für euch vorbereitet. meine liebe freundin carole ist wirklich ein schatz, denn sie war so lieb und hat mir vor ein paar tagen ein paar abdrücke von den gorjuss girls set 1 gestempelt. diese musste ich doch nun endlich mal benutzen, denn ich finde die motive richtig goldig. für meine farbgestaltung habe ich mich wieder von den basic grey papieren inspirieren lassen. alles andere ergab sich dann automatisch aus dem sketch. bevor ich dann das hintergrundpapier auf den cardstock geklebt habe, habe ich dann noch die kanten des hintergrund papieres aufgerauht und die ecke mit dem swirl bestempelt. alle anderen papiere waren ja vorher bereits aufgeklebt und so musste zum schluss nur noch die blüte mit dem dicken glasbrad befestigt und die halbperlen aufgeklebt werden, und dann alles auf den cardstock.

stamp with fun #4 & just magnolia #2 "der duft der rosen"

hallo und guten morgen. es ist wieder soweit und es startet eine neue challenge bei stamp with fun. auch in dieser woche ist wieder eine gastdesignerin am start: bev. der sketch ist wirklich superschön und man kann so romantische und tolle karten damit gestalten.

bei meiner karte habe ich mich zum einen von dem sketch und zum anderen von der herausforderung bei just magnolia leiten lassen, die zur kartengestaltung mit pink und grün aufgerufen hatten. meine coloration ist eine mischung aus tombow pens und distress inks. das sentiment sieht man leider nur schwach, es ist mit stazon auf ein satinband gestempelt.

schaut doch mal auf dem stamp with fun blog vorbei und schaut euch die tollen beispielkarten an, die das talentiert designteam gestaltet hat.

nachdem unsere liebe kristine das friday sketchers designteam verlassen hat, haben wir uns überlegt, dass wir nun jeweils für 8 wochen einen gast im designteam begrüssen möchten, der zusammen mit uns jede woche eine beispielkarte zu unserem wöchentlich vorgestelltem sketch präsentiert.

friday sketcher 49 & magnolia dt card "just sittin here"

hallo und guten morgen. wie jede woche startet der freitag wieder mit einer neuen challenge bei den friday sketchers. dafür hat mumur uns einen süssen sketch gestaltet, mit dem man wirklich gut arbeiten kann. das sieht man auch super an den beispielkarten von carole, claudia, heidi, jacqueline, kristine und mumur. allerdings gibt es eine traurige neuigkeit, denn kristine wird das friday sketchers designteam verlassen. wir sind alle sehr traurig darüber, da sie sehr talentiert und eine grosse inspiration für friday sketchers war. aber ich möchte ihr auch hier nochmals ganz herzlich danken!!!!

meine magnolia dt card habe ich in den naturtönen braun, grün und blau gehalten und sie mit einigen rosen kombiniert. das material ist wieder nahezu komplett aus dem magnolia shop. einige der blüten sind von artoz und über megahobby erhältlich. jetzt neu gibt es die tollen selbstklebenden halbperlen, die ich auch auf meiner karte gleich zum einsatz gebracht habe. ich finde es toll, dass man sie einzeln oder zusammen an einer reihe verwenden kann. dafür habe ich mir mit dem bleistift eine hilfslinie für den swirl gezeichnet und dann die perlenreihe auf die linie entlanggeklebt. die knöpfe sind auch alle richtig mit nadel und faden auf dem papier festgenäht. die papierrosen sind zum schluss noch mit ein wenig distress stickles beglitzert.

ich hoffe, euch gefällt der sketch auch und ihr wagt euch in den nächsten tagen mal daran. ich wünsche euch allen ein schönes wochenende und bedanke mich ganz herzlich für euren besuch und die liebe kommentare.

hello and good morning. as every week the friday starts with a new challenge on friday sketchers. mumur has created such a wonderful sketch and you can work with it so fantastic. you can see it also on the example cards from carole, claudia, heidi, jacqueline, kristine and mumur. but we have also really sad news, because kristine will leave the friday sketchers designteam. we are all very unhappy about it because she is very talented and was a great inspiration for friday sketchers. but now i want to say a big thanks to her also here on my blog.

my magnolia dt card in natural colours brown, green and blue tones i´ve combined with some roses. the materials are nearly completely from the magnolia shop again. some of the flowers are from artoz and you can buy it about megahobby. new at megahobby there are some halfpearls and other scrap supplies. the halfpearls are self-adhesive on a line and you can use it single or affix it as line. yes i have to try it on my card and draw with a pencil a subsidiary line and affix the light blue halfpearls on the line. the buttons are handsewed with needle and fiber. finally the blue prima roses i´ve glittered with distress stickles.

magnolia dt card "happy birthday"

hallo, ihr lieben. heute möchte ich euch eine neue dt karte zeigen, die ich für magnolia gestaltet habe. nahezu alle materialien könnt ihr im magnolia-shop bekommen und natürlich auch diese tilda aus der neue chasing butterflies collection. für meine coloration habe ich dieses mal distress inks benutzt und den weissen flieder mit twinklings h²o pewter dargestellt. die ränder der rosen habe ich mit einem dunkelroten tombow betupft und bin dann mit dem gleichen twinkling in das rot um es zu verwischen und einen schimmer zu verleihen.

auch bei dieser karte habe ich dann die papier reste für den innenteil verarbeitet und das etwas leere feld mit blumenstempeln aus dem sommerkit 2008 ergänzt.

die rückseite ist etwas einfacher gehalten und nur mit meinem lable stamp und einem swirl aus der osterkollektion 2007 gestempelt. zum schluss habe ich dann nur noch mini swaroski steinchen aufgeklebt.

die liebe carina hat mir auch einen tollen award verliehen und ich möchte mich dafür ganz herzlich bedanken. und ich möchte diesen award an 3 mädels weiterreichen, die für mich eine grosse inspiration sind:

ihr macht immer so tolle sachen, die colorationen sind perfekt sowie die embellishmensts und vielen kleinen details sind super kombiniert.

in den nächsten tagen werde ich leider kaum zu stempeln kommen, da ich mein bastelzimmer ausgeräumt habe, neu strichen, neu einräumen und neu gestalten will. ich hoffe, das wird alles so, wie ich mir das vorstelle. es ist zumindest mehr arbeit, als ich vermutet hatte. drückt mir mal die daumen!!!

hello! today i want to show a new dt card i have made for magnolia. nearly all materials i´ve got from them and you can order the magnolia shop, this cute tilda picking lilac from the newest chasing butterflies collection too. for my coloration i´ve used distress inks and the white lilacs are coloured with twinklings h²o pewter. the edges of the little roses i´ve painted with a darkred tombow and smear it with the same twinklings to get a shimmering effect in the same colour.

with the scraps of the title i have created the inside of the card and stamped some flowers stamps from the summer kit 2008 on the clear place. the backsides is more easy and only stamped with my lable stamp and a swirl stamp from the magnolia easter collection 2007.

the dear carina has nominated me for such a wonderful award and i want to say thank you for that. and i want to give this award to such three talented girls who are great inspirations for me:

you make such wonderful things, the coloration looks always perfect and the embellishments / fine details are so fantastic combined.

stamp with fun #3 & magnolia dt card "happy birthday"

hallo und guten morgen, ihr lieben. heute startet nun die 3. challengeweek bei stamp with fun und ihr könnt ja glauben, wer den heutigen sketch entworfen hat: marlene! und der sketch ist wirklich superschön und es hat wahnsinnig viel spass gemacht, mit ihm zu arbeiten. und wenn ich mir so die tollen beispielkarten der dt mädels ansehe, gefiel ihnen die vorgabe auch. nun bin ich gespannt, wie ihr das ganze umsetzt.

für meine karte habe ich hauptsächlich materialien verwendet, die ich von magnolia zur verfügung gestellt bekommen habe. aber das hintergrundpapier passte super zu den vorgaben, so dass ich dieses mit hinzugenommen habe. auch meine nähmaschine ist wieder zum einsatz gekommen. als ich mit der coloration fertig war, habe ich dann die konturen der flügeln zusätzlich mit stickles nachgezogen, um einige effekte hineinzubringen.

das motiv habe ich gematted und dann mit 3d-pads noch weiter hervorgehoben, das gleiche auch bei den schmetterlingen. die fühler und den i-punkt beim sentiment habe ich mit lila swarovski strasssteinen ergänzt. die ränder der rosen habe ich wie die flügel mit stickles beglitzert.

so nun möchte ich euch nicht länger von der challenge abhalten und wünsche euch viel spass beim nachgestalten. aber ich danke euch, dass ihr bei mir wart und mir auch so liebe kommentare hinterlassen habt.

hello and good morning! today it´s time for the 3rd challenge week at stamp with fun and you cannot believe it who has created the new sketch for this week: marlene! and which a lovely sketch - it was so funny to make a card with this layout. and please look to the example cards of the other dt girls and i think they found it also funny to work with. but now i´m curious about your works.

for my card i´ve used materials i´ve got from magnolia. the background papers go so wonderful to that. also with my sewing machine i have worked on this card. i was ready with my coloration and put some stickles on the wings to set some effects - also the butterflies.

i have matted the image and set it higher with 3d pads, the butterflies too to get more dimension. finally i´ve glued some swaroskis on the i-dot and the feeler of the butterfly-tilda and put some stickles on the edges of the roses.

but now i wish your a lot of fun at working with the sketch and say a big thanks for your visit and your lovely comments, you leave on my last cards.

magnolia dt card - spring flowers "especially for you"

hallo und einen schönen sonntag!!! heute möchte ich euch wieder einmal eine magnolia dt nicht-niedlich-karte mit stempeln von magnolia zeigen, denn auch nur mit den zubehör-stempeln kann tolle karten gestalten. man kann schließlich nicht jedem eine karte mit einer tilda schenken. gerade dieser stempel mit den frühlingszwiebeln eignet sich aufgrund der grösse sehr gut.
ich habe den stempelgummi dann direkt mit tombow stiften bemalt, vor dem abstempeln noch einmal angehaucht, um der farbe einen hauch von feuchtigkeit zu geben und dann erst abgestempelt. nach dem trocknen bin ich dann nur noch mit dem wassertank pinsel in das motiv und habe vereinzelte stellen verwischt.

bei dieser karte habe ich dann auch mal wieder den innenteil mitgestaltet und passendes papier von k&company umnäht und mit dem lable one von spellbinders ein textfeld ausgestanzt. dieses habe ich dann noch bestempelt und mit dem blau der blüten doppelt umrandet.

auf der rückseite habe ich dann nur noch die osterspitze von magnolia doppelt mit hellblau abgestempelt und dazwischen mein lable gesetzt. den stempel hatte mir vor einiger zeit meine liebe freundin claudia geschenkt.

ausserdem möchte ich mich ganz herzlich bei tina bedanken, die mir diesen award verliehen. ich fühle mich sehr geehrt. da es aber so viele talentierte blogger gibt und viele von euch diese award bereits bekommen haben, habe ich mir überlegt, euch alle dafür zu nominieren und nicht einzelne herauszupicken.

hello and a wonderful sunday to you! today i want to show a magnolia dt non-cute-card with a stamp from magnolia. with some of the magnolia accessoires stamps you can create wonderful non-cute-cards because a tilda card is not so fine for everyone. especially this stamp is great because this image is very big.

i have draw the rubber stamp with tombow pens directly, breath it to give it only some liquid breeze on the colour, then i stamped it. finally i go with the water tank brush in the image an smear some places.

also on this card i´ve created an "inside" and took matching papers, napped and sewed the edge and cut out strass paper with the lable one from spellbinders. the flower is an very old image from magnolia too and fits so great to the new flowers.

on the backside i´ve stamped only the easter lace 2 times and set between those images the lable stamp i´ve got from my dear friend claudia.

now i want to say thank you for an award i´ve got from the lovely tina. i´m really proud to get it. many of you are so talented and have alread got it and so i will nominated you all for that award.

friday sketchers 48 "just sittin´ here"

hallo und guten morgen! der freitag beginnt natürlich wie in jeder woche mit einem neuen sketch bei den friday sketchers. dafür hat sich kristine schwer ins zeug gelegt und einen tollen sketch entworfen. und nicht nur das: sie hat sich auch ganz viel arbeit gemacht und ein neues layout für den friday sketchers blog entworfen - ich bin schwer begeistert, weil es so schön geworden ist. es gibt auch ein neues lable zum mitnehmen. aber auch die mädels vom dt haben tolle karten gestaltet und man kann wieder sehen, wie vielseitig die sketche umgesetzt werden können.

ich habe mich bei meiner karte mal an die formvorgabe gehalten, die karte hat eine groesse von 10,5 x 21,0 cm. wie immer eigentlich habe ich mich bei der farbauswahl von den papieren leiten lassen. auch hier habe ich so ein tolles sentiment aus der neuen magnolia collection verwendet.

als ich mir das tolle sei-papier genauer anschaute, überlegte ich mir, dass ich die coloration mit farben von stampin´ up gestalten könnte.

gesagt, getan: ich habe mir die stempelkissen rosenrot, türkis und mattgrün geschnappt und los gings. gerade bei den su kissen geht das ja so einfach und sauber. nach alles aufgeklebt war habe ich zum schluss dann noch die türkisen knöpfe mit dickem roten garn festgenäht

hello and good morning! as every friday also today starts a new friday sketchers challenge. the sketch has created by our wonderful kristine from norway. but not enough she has done a amazing and great work and designed a new layout for the friday sketchers blog. it looks so fabulous and i´m fascinated because it´s so beautiful. you can take also a new lable for your blog. also the girls from the dt have made such fabulous cards and you will see a variety of ideas of cards.

my card is made in the original sketch-size with 10,5 x 21,0 cm. my inspiration for the colours came from the papers again. have you seen the sentiment - it´s also from the new magnolia collection.

as i´ve look to the wonderful sei-papers i thought to use the colours from stampin´up for coloration and took the su stamppads rose red, turquoise and certainly celery. it´ so easy and clean to colour with these stamppads. finally i have sewed the button with red yarn.

hallo! ich hoffe, ihr habt einen schönen tag. entgegen dem tollen sonnigen wetter bei uns möchte ich euch dennoch eine karte mit einer tilda mit regenschirm aus der neuen chasing butterflies collection von magnolia zeigen. ist sie nicht süss, wie sie sich unter dem regenschirm versteckt??? die coloration habe ich wieder mit tombows gestaltet und den papieren und embellishments angepasst, die mir magnolia lieberweise zur verfügung gestellt hat. die sprüche in den letzten und vor allem der neuen collection sind wirklich superschön - sie gefallen mir vom schriftbild und auch vom text. oftmals haben mir diese gefehlt und ich finde es sehr schön, dass magnolia jetzt auch schriften entwirft.

hi, i hope you have a nice day. against the wonderful sunny weather here in germany i want to show you a card with a tilda with umbrella from the newest chasing butterflies collection from magnolia. she is so cute - isn´t it?? the coloration is made with tombow pens and adjusted to the papers and embellishments i´ve got with the magnolia dt package. the sentiments in the last and especially the new collection are really great - i love the typeface and text too. often i´ve missed such sentiments. i´m happy magnolia create and produce such sentiments now.

cbcj challenge "especially for you"

für unsere wöchentliche challenge, die ich zusammen mit meinen lieben freundinnen claudia, carole und jacqueline verfolge, habe ich mir die korsstygns tilda aus der "so heavenly, school, travel" collection 2008 ausgesucht. nach wie vor finde ich diese tilda so süss, vor allem, man kann sie so vielseitig einsetzen - geburtstag, ostern und auch weihnachten. solche motive mag ich sehr, da sind die kombinationsmöglichkeiten schier grenzenlos.

für meine karte habe ich mir überlegt, mal keinen cardstock zu verwenden und stattdessen auf eine feste folie zurückzugreifen, um eine transparente karte zu gestalten. allerdings muss dabei beachtet werden, dass man auf der rückseiten alles durchsieht und damit auch die rückseite gestaltet werden sollte.

im innenteil habe ich papier aus der gleichen basic grey collection verwendet und dann die blumenbox eingefügt. die swirls von der vorderseite scheinen ja hindurch.

die textseite und die rückseite habe ich dann ohne swirls und eher schlicht gestaltet, um den rest nicht überladen wirken zu lassen.

for our weekly challenge, i follow this challenge together with my dear friends claudia, carole and jacqueline, we have chosen the crosstitched tilda from the "so heavenly, school, travel" collection 2008. since i´ve seen that tilda, i like her because you can use her for many occasions like birthday, easter or christmas too. there is a big variaty of combinations.

for my card today i´ve thought to make a card on no cardstock and have used strong tranparent foil. because you can all see what you put on the foil i have created also all sides.

inside i´ve took papers from the same paper collection and stamped for the center the magnolia flower box. the swirl you can see from the frontside. the other sides are much easier.

stamp with fun #2 & megastamper sketch 31 "happy birthday"

die erste woche mit stamp with fun ist um und viele haben unseren tollen sketch angenommen und nachgearbeitet. dabei konnten wir doch so wunderschönen werke von euch finden. in dieser woche haben wir keinen sketch sondern ein thema: die farbkombination rosa und braun. die kombi ist ein meiner liebsten und so fiel es mir nicht wirklich schwer dazu eine karte zu gestalten. vor allem diese tollen basic grey papiere aus einer alten kollektion sind dafür wie geschaffen.

vor ein paar tagen kam ein dt kit mit neuen stempelmotiven aus der chasing butterflies collection von magnolia bei mir an. gerade diese sitzende tilda hat es mir angetan und passte super in meinen konzept.

the first stamp with fun week is over and many many girls have made a card with our sketch. and it was really nice to see such wonderful works. in this week we don´t have a sketch but a lovely theme: the colour combination pink and brown. wow that´s one of my fave and so really easy for me to make a card with those colours. especially these basic grey from an old collection are so matching.

some days ago i´ve got a new dt kit with images from the magnolia chasing butterflies collection. this sitting tilda is so cute and was perfect for my card.

friday sketchers challenge 47 "zur konfirmation" und FROHE OSTERN!!!

hallo und frohe ostern. auch am heutigen karfreitag startet wieder eine neue challenge bei den friday sketchers. meine liebe freundin jacqueline hat dafür einen schlichten, aber edlen sketch vorbereitet. auch dieser ist recht vielseitig einsetzbar und die beispiele der friday sketcher mädels beweisen es. und schau mal - einen sponsor haben wir natürlich auch wieder, der einen edlen passenden stempel zur verlosung zur verfügung gestellt hat.

wenn man es meiner karte vielleicht auch nicht gleich ansieht, aber es ist eine konfirmationskarte für die tochter von freunden. da ich aber keinen konfirmationstext habe, habe ich mich dazu entschlossen den anfangsbuchstaben der konfirmandin yasmin als chipboard einzusetzen. bei den farben habe ich mich von dem tollen stampin´up papierset inspirieren lassen und die coloration (tombow pens) daran angelichen. den buchstaben habe ich mit papier bezogen.

morgen früh werde ich nun endlich mal wieder zu meinen eltern fahren und die ostertage bei ihnen verbringen. am montag startet ja dann auch die 2. runde bei stamp with fun. dann stelle ich euch auch wieder einen megastamper-sketch vor und gebe die gewinnerin der letzten megastamper challenge bekannt.

nun bleibt mir nur noch, euch ein frohes osterfest mit schönen sonnenscheim und vielleicht ein paar besinnlichen momenten zu wünschen. ach ... und viel spass beim ostereier-suchen!

hello and happy easter! also today starts a new friday sketchers challenge and my dear friend jacqueline has prepaired such an easy but really precious sketch. you can see that on the wonderful examples from the friday sketchers girls. and sure we have a sponsor again who has given us such an brilliant stamp for randomizing.

you cannot see it on the first view but my card is a confirmations card for the daugther of friends. i don´t have a confirmations sentiment and so i´ve used a chipboard of the first letter of the girl yasmin. my inspiration for the colours is the new paper collection from stampin´up and so i´ve used those colours for my (tombow) coloration.

tomorrow in the morning i will drive to my parents and spent my easter holidays there. on monday i will come back and you can find a new card for the second turn of stamp with fun. then i will present a new megastamper sketch and tell who has won the voucher of the last megastamper challenge.

now i wish you a happy easter with many sunshine and some quiet moments. do you also search some easter eggs??

heute ist es nun mal wieder an der zeit, mal eine nicht niedliche karte zu zeigen. unsere nachbarin hatte die tage geburtstag und wir wollten ihr doch ein paar glückwünsche bringen. wir gehen immer zusammen mit den hunden spazieren und ihre gesellschaft ist immer sehr angenehm und lustig. allerdings ist sie nicht so der niedlich-typ und das musste doch was anderes her. dafür für finde ich häufig die motive von paperbag passender, um eher neutrale karten zu gestalten.
aber morgen bei der friday sketchers challenge habe ich dann doch wieder was süsses zum zeigen. bis morgen!!!

today it´s time again to show a non-cute-card. one girl of our neighborhood has her birthday some days ago and we want to sent her some wishes. we walk with our dogs together and she is such a funny and lovely woman. but she isn´t a cute person and so have to made another style of card. for such non-cute-cards the images from paperbag studios are really great to make neutral cards.
