die woche startet wieder mit einer neuen challenge bei stamp with fun. in dieser woche gibt es wieder keinen sketch sondern das theme "frühling & ostern". ich habe dieses thema gleich für eine neue magnolia dt card aufgegriffen und daraus eine spring card daraus gestaltet. das spring hat in dem falle allerdings nichts mit dem frühling zu tun, sondern eher, dass die karte aus dem umschlag gesprungen kommt.
das motiv ist ja wirklich supersüss und passt auch toll zu dem "eierwagen" aus der ostercollection vom letzten jahr. den poststempel habe ich mit braun auf weiss gestempelt und dann mit glimmer mist sherbert (rose) besprüht.

die week starts with a new challenge at stamp with fun again. in this week we won´t present a sketch but we have a fantastic theme "spring & easter". i have took this theme for my new magnolia dt card and made a spring card. the spring isn´t the season but the technique that the card will spring out of the envelope.
the image with the chicken tilda is going so well with the waggon from the last year´s easter collection. the post stamps is stamped with brown on white paper and sprayed with glimmer mist sherbert (pink).

nun noch ein paar worte zu meiner karte: das hintergrund-motiv ist auf cremefarbenem strass-papier gestempelt und dann coloriert. dadurch sind die farben auch etwas softer dafür aber schimmernd. die tilda habe ich mit 3d pads vor den hintergrund geklebt. ach ich sage euch, von den neuen farben von distress ink bin ich echt begeistert - vor allem diese victorian sage ist wirklich ein toller ton.

now some word to my card: the background i have stamped on strass paper in cremme and coloured then with distress ink. on this papers the colours seem some softer but shimmering. the tilda is cut out and glued in front of the background with 3d pads. and i´m so happy to have the new distress ink, the colours are so fabulous - especially the victorian sage is really great.

heute möchte ich euch nun meine erste osterkarte mit einem der neuen stempel von magnolia zeigen. und bei dieser karte ist noch eine premiere dabei: die tilda ist zum teil mit neuen distress farben coloriert und ich bin wirklich schwer begeistert von den neuen farben. da sind genau die farbtöne dabei, die bisher immer noch fehlten und ich oftmals auf tombows ausgewichen bin.
das gras habe ich freihand mit ein paar pinselstrichen dazugemalt.
für das layout habe ich mich für einen alten sketch von mir entschieden, weil er gerade so schön zum motiv und den papieren passte. diese sind ausnahmslos von magnolia.
die blüten habe ich alle vor dem aufkleben noch mit glimmer mist "marshmallow" eingesprüht. dieses fast hat so einen tollen effekt ähnlich wie stardust glimmer. wie ich mir ganz zum schluss die karte mit diesem noch einmal ansah, kam mir dann noch eine idee: ich habe um die blüten noch cremefarbene filzwolle (schurwolle) gelegt - wie vom lämmchen.
in den shops sind die stempel ja inzwischen eingetroffen und ich vermute auch magnolia wird die neue ostermotive in den nächsten tagen zum freien verkauf in den onlineshop stellen.

today i want to show you my first easter card with new stamps from magnolia. and on this card you can also see another premiere too because i have used some of the new distress colours for coloring. i´m fascinated because some of this tones are exactly these i was always missing and combined it with tombow pens.
for the layout i have took an old sketch from me because that one was perfect for this image and the papers i have got from magnolia.
all the flowers i have sprayed with glimmer mist "marshmallow" before i have glued them on the card. this colour looks like stardust glimmer. as i have seen the card finally i have got an idea: i have put some felt wool in creme around the big flowers. this wool looks like from the little lamb.
in the shops already arrived the new stamps and i think magnolia will upload their own onlineshop too in the next days.

mit meiner karte ist auch gleichzeitig meine erste osterkarte für dieses jahr entstanden - eine kombination von magnolia stempeln "hasentilda" von 2008 und dem "osterei" von 2009. ich freu mich ja auch schon auf die neuen osterstempel. die blüten sind übrigens auch alle von magnolia. die tolle hutnadel habe ich vor einiger zeit mal von meiner freundin kristine bekommen und auf dieser karte passte sie doch perfekt. das sentiment habe ich zuerst mit weiss gestempelt und dann mit liquid pearls nachgeschrieben. natürlich durfte auch stickles in rauen mengen nicht fehlen. für die 3 streifen habe ich mir gedacht die geschwungenen fancy tags von spellbinders zu benutzen. den schmalen habe ich dazu auseinanders geschnitten und etwas höher gesetzt.

this easter card is made with a magnolia stamp combination of the "bunny tilda" from 2008 and the "easteregg" from 2009. oh i´m curious about the new easter images. also all the flowers on this card are from magnolia. this wonderful heat pin i´ve got from my friend kristine for such a long time and now on this card she match perfect. the sentiment i´ve stamped at first with a white pad and "write" it again with liquid pearls. the final step was painting with a lot of stickles. for the 3 stripe i have used the fancy tags from spellbinders. the small tag i´ve cut in two parts and glue them some higher than the others on the right and left side.

heute ist es nun wieder soweit, die erste friday sketchers challenge für dieses jahr startet. ausserdem wollte ich doch auch gern wieder einmal an der motivet challenge teilnehmen. ich musste nicht lange überlegen, wie ich die beiden sketch challenges miteinander kombiniere. beide hatten runde elemente enthalten und passten von der grundidee ganz gut zusammen - die perfekte kombination für eine easelcard. so habe ich den motivet sketch für den stehenden teil mit dem motiv ausgewählt und den sketch meiner lieben freundin claudia für das liegenden sentiment teil.
das motiv habe ich komplett mit distress ink coloriert. vom ursprungsfarbton passten die papier nicht so 100%ig zusammen wie ich es wollte, also habe ich die basic-grey-papiere vom liegenden teil mit dem distress pad old paper gewischt, so eingefärbt, dass es prima zum my minds eye papier passt. das motiv ist eines der süssen aus der aktullen motivet valentins collection, die ihr natürlich direkt in kanada bei motivet und in deutschland bei megahobby bekommen könnt. gerade die hasen sind doch so niedlich.

today it´s time for the first friday sketchers challenge for this year. but i also take part in the newest motivet challenge again and so i have had the idea to combine both wonderful sketch in an easel card: the motivet sketch for the standing part and the laying part with the sketch of my dear friend claudia. both sketches are going so well and look perfect together.
the image is coloured with distress ink completly. the basic grey papers are also distressed with old paper ink pad and so the papers match better to the striped paper from my minds eye. the image is one of the actual valentins collection from motivet and you can order it directly in canada or in germany at megahobby. especially these bunny are my faves and so cute.

hallo, ihr lieben, so langsam geht der countdown bis weihnachten in die heiße phase und übermorgen ist heiligabend. nun möchte ich es nicht versäumen, euch noch diese weihnachtskarte zu zeigen, die ich schon vor einiger zeit für magnolia gestaltet habe. dabei habe ich sehr viele goldene elemente verwendet und vor allem die poinsettia glitzern in gold um die wette. viele feiertagsvorbereitung habe ich schon erledigt, aber manche sachen stehen immer noch auf meiner to-do-list. ich hoffe nur, dass an den feiertagen das wetter mitspielt und wir zu meinen eltern fahren können. drückt mir mal die daumen. ich wünsche euch allen einen schönen winter-vor-weihnachtstag.

hello all my dears, as promised i want to show you today my magnolia project. that´s a pop-up-card with 3 sites - the view of the whole room. inside i have created a little christmas bakery and outside a little stand. all my used stamps and papers are from magnolia. the stamps are from different collection from the last 2 years. there you can see that´s so fantastic to combine all the stamps.

die coloration habe ich wieder komplett mit distress inks gestaltet. alle papierkanten habe ich mit stickles nachgemalt und es hat super geglitzert. aber leider sind die fotos wieder nicht so berauschend, so dass ich das funkeln nicht einfangen konnte.

i´m happy to "see" your here again. i hope i give you a small feeling from the convention. but one card i haven´t show you for some days and that i will do now. also on the convention i have made this easel card - such a fantastic form to make a standing card! also on this card i have used new stamps and papers from magnolia.
the coloration is completely made with distress inks. all the edges of the papers are also painted with stickles and it was so glittering but the photos are terrible again and so you cannot see that sparkle.

heute möchte ich euch nun von meinem trip zur kreativwelt in wiesbaden berichten. magnolia hatte mich gefragt, ob ich nicht wie beim mekka in hagen, auch auf der kreativwelt kleinere demonstrationen machen würde. ja klar - welch frage und ehre!!! ich bin also am samstag morgen sehr früh aufgestanden und habe meine ganzen sachen zusammengepackt, habe mich ins auto geschwungen und bin nach wiesbaden gefahren. ich war schon sehr zeitig da und barbro und john waren noch garnicht am stand. leider hatte magnolia nicht so einen optimalen standort, da man sie mitten zwischen patchwork stände platziert hatte und nicht in der halle, wo eigentlich die stempel- und papierfirmen waren. schade, einige haben so magnolia nicht gefunden, aber die, die am stand waren, hatten wirklich ruhe zum schauen und aussuchen. wir haben also in aller ruhe den stand zum verkauf und für die demos vorbereitet, bevor punkt 10 uhr die hallen für die besucher geöffnet wurden. kurz danach kam schon meine liebe freundin moni und wir hatten wirklich viel spass am stand. moni hatte auch eine kamera mit und einige fotos vom stand, den mustern und auch von uns gemacht / machen lassen.
danke moni, für die vielen tollen bilder - hier ist nur mal eine kleine auswahl.
im laufe des tages waren viele bekannte gesichter bei mir am stand - zum beispiel mal winkewinke zu carmen und gitta vom stammtisch, oder andrea, oder line, die auch ein bild von mir geschossen hat:
es war echt superschön, so liebe leute getroffen zu haben. auch konnte ich viele nichtstempler dazu bekommen, dass da ein "ach, wie süss" kam. einige standen wirklich sehr lange da, um alles mitzubekommen, vom stempeln über das colorieren bis zur fertigen karte.
nun aber mal zu meinen sachen, die ich auf der messe für magnolia gestaltet habe. magnolia hatte fast ausschließlich die neuen tilda weihnachtsstempel und auch die goldigen schneemänner incl. der neuen papiere dabei und so habe ich dann nur weihnachts- und winterprojekte gemacht. und ... bei magnolia gibt es jetzt auch supertollen flowers wie rosen und kirschblüten. ach und das neue magnoliaINK magazin war mit dabei!! echt superklasse!!! im gegensatz zum mekka habe ich dieses mal ausschließlich mit distress ink coloriert. die patterned papers sind alle komplett aus der neuen papercollection. nur die cardstock sind aus meinem bestand.
begonnen habe ich mit dieser karte. ist diese tilda nicht toll und sie macht wirklich lust auf weihnachten. das layout ist ein alter friday sketchers sketch von mir.
als nächstes habe ich diese kleine geschenktüte gemacht. die tasche an sich hatte ich fertig aussgestanzt schon mitgenommen, dass ich dann nur noch gestalten musste. dafür habe ich dieses supersüsse engelpapier und eine tilda mit offenen wuscheligen haaren benutzt.
für die rückseite habe ich dann einen der neuen poststempel genommen. die kanten habe ich mit schokobrauner tinte geinkt, um noch mehr shabby touch zu bekommen. die ränder um die tilda und auch die rosen habe ich mit stickles bezogen. das hat wunderschön geglitzert. gefüllt habe ich das täschchen dann noch mit kleinen schoko-weihnachtsmännern.
als nächstes war wieder eine karte an der reihe, die ich euch dann allerdings erst in den nächsten tage zeigen möchte. auch das folgende büchlein habe ich auf der messe gestaltet. dafür hatte ich 2 kleine quadratische bierfilze mitgenommen und habe es mit neuen papieren bezogen. wenn man die grosse schleife öffnet, kommt dann ein post-it zum vorschein. den schneemann habe ich snowliner coloriert, das sieht dann auch wirklich echt aus. auch barbro hat ein wenig gebastelt und war mit kleinen spitzen geschenktüten beschäftigt. dafür habe ich ihr dann auch einen schneemann gestempelt, coloriert und ausgeschnitten. ich denke, da werden dann auf den messen in birmingham und uttrecht noch tolle muster von ihr zu sehen sein.
nun komme ich zu meinem letzten vorführ-projekt. ich wusste ja, dass ich für heute noch eine szenekarte für stamp with fun machen musste. also habe ich mir ein paar passende stempel herausgesucht und so ist dann diese karte entstanden.
der tag war zwar echt anstrengend, aber superschön. es macht immer wieder spass mit barbro und john zusammenzuarbeiten. beide sind sehr herzlich und lieb. gestern abend noch sind sie aufgebrochen, um die fähre nach calais zu bekommen. da in den nächsten tagen die messe in birmingham beginnt. und bevor sie wieder nach schweden zurückfahren können, machen sie noch einen abstecher auf der messe in utrecht. die beiden sind wirklich viel unterwegs und weit bereist.
so nun habe ich euch mit den neuen weihnachtstempeln schon mal eine vorschau gegeben, was so auf euch zukommt. leider hatte ich nicht mehr so viel zeit, um am stand das perfekte licht zum fotografieren zu finden, daher sind die fotos leider nicht die besten und ewas unscharf - sorry! lest euch man das "sentiment" der letzten kartedurch - das ist nämlich der liedtext aus dem wham-lied "last christmas. damit möchte ich mich auch für heute verabschieden. danke, dass ihr wieder bei mir reingeklickt habt.

today i want to tell you something from my trip to the kreativwelt in wiesbaden. magnolia has aked my to make some demonstrations again like at the mekka in hagen. wow what a question and honour - sure i want!!! so i was stand up very early in the morning, pack all my things and drove to wiesbaden. i was there very soon and barbro and john weren´t on the stall yet. the place from the magnolia stall was not so ideal because the management has placed them between many patchwork stalls in the wrong hall. it´s a pity because many has not found magnolia. but they have found us have so many time and place to look and choose. the convention was opened and my dear friend moni came. we have had so much fun. she has brought also her camera and made some pictures from us and magnolia. (i hope to show you some *lol) during the whole day many lovely people were coming to magnolia - hello to carmen and gitta from the stamping regulars table, or andrea, or line, she has also made a photo from me.
it was pure fun to meet all these people. so i could inspire some not-stampers to say "oh how cute". some are standing such a long time to see how i stamp, how i colour and make something with.
on this convention you could nearly buy only christmas and snowmen stamps from the new magnolia collections. sure also the new papers and the first issue of the magnoliaINK magazin. did you know, you also can get now flowers - roses and cherry blossoms - from magnolia? it´s all fantastic. on the mekka i have coloured with tombow pens. but on saturday i´ve coloured with the distress inks. all the patterned papers i´ve used are from the new papercollections. only the cardstocks are from my pool.
the day was stressful, but wonderful. it´s always fun to work together with barbro und john. both are hearty and lovely. yesterday tonight they start to get the ferry to calais. in the next days they will be on the conventions in birmingham and utrecht before the driv back to sweden.
ok so i have shown you a sneak peek for the new christmas stamps. but unfortunately i haven´t time and possebility to search the perfect place to make good photos, so they are all so cloudy - sorry!

heute kommt mal wieder eine magnolia karte von mir und ich habe mir eine meiner lielingstildas aus der yummy tummy collection ausgesucht. die ist doch sooo süss und lässt sich so toll kombinieren. gerade mit dem küchenschrank kann man doch so kleine niedliche szenen gestalten. als farben habe ich diese mint- und blautönen verwendet, die ich aus dem marakesh papier von basic grey übernommen habe. die einweckgläser habe ich genauso gestaltet wie das grosse auf der pfirsichkarte vom letzten freitag. erst wie gewünscht colorieren und dann den glasteil mit dimension magic überziehen und fertig. das gibt so tolle effekte.

today i want to show you a magnolia card again. i have used one of my fave tildas from the yummy tummy collection in combination with the kitchen board from the same collection. the colours i have took from the marakesh papier from basic grey. they are so precious. the jars i´ve made in the same "technique" as the peach card on last friday, at first coloured and put it than on the glass part with dimensional magic and ready! so you can get wonderful effects.

kaum zu glauben, dass wir heute schon wieder freitag haben und eine neue challenge bei den friday sketchers beginnt. meine liebe freundin carole hatte die aufgabe einen neuen sketch zu präsentieren. ist er nicht toll? und was die mädels vom dt so wundervolles daraus gemacht könnt ihr auf dem friday sketchers blog sehen, genau wie unseren fantastischen sponsor der woche: quixotic paperie.
ich habe das motiv zwar nicht als tag gestaltet, aber ich denke das grundlayout ist (denke ich) erkennbar. ich habe mich für die peach collection von magnolia entschieden und die papiere und die stempel motive benutzt. im internet habe ich nach einem pfirsich konfitüren rezept gegoogelt, um dieses auf das rezeptblatt zu schreiben. aber irgendwie hatte ich noch ein "loch". so kam mir die idee das einweckglas aus der yummy tummy collection zu stempeln. ich habe es "pfirsich-konfitüren-farbig" coloriert und dann den glasteil mit dimensional magic überzogen, um das ganz glänzend und plastisch erscheinen zu lassen.
am wochenende werde ich mal wieder zu meinen eltern fahren. drückt mir mal die däumchen, dass die strassenverhältnisse zu sind und nicht zu viel schnee oder glatteis ist. ich wünsche euch allen ein schönes wochenende. danke, dass ihr wieder bei mir reingeklickt habt.

it´s nearly unbelievable it´s friday again and a new challenge at friday sketchers starts. my dear friend carole is the host of the week and presents a wonderful new sketch. and what the talented dt girls has made you can see it on the friday sketchers blog also our fantastic and generous sponsor of the week: quixotic paperie.
i don´t create the image on a tag but (i think) the basic layout you can see. i´ve chosen the peach collection from magnolia and used the papers and stamps. in the www i have searched for peach jam to write it on the recipe card. but then i have find a hole in the layout and had the idea to use the jar stamp and "fill" it with jam. i colored it with peachy colour and put dimensional magic on the glass part to show the glass effect.
on the weekend i will drive to my parents again. please cross your fingers that the highways are free of snow or ice. i wish you all a wonderful weekend. thank you for popping over.
