simon says challenge: distressed "gutschein"

hallo und guten abend, ihr lieben. ja, mich gibt es noch und zum glück ist die erkältung nicht richtig durchgekommen. aber vielen dank für eure wünsche. so konnte ich mich heute zwei challenges stellen. zum einen die aktuelle simon says challenge, bei der nach tim holtz manier alles schön verwischt werden sollte. meine zweite challenge ist ganz anderer art. für megahobby musste ich einen gutschein gestalten. dafür habe ich mir zur aufgabe gestellt, nur materialien von megahobby zu benutzen. es hat richtig spass gemacht, sich auf bestimmte materialien zu beschränken.

morgen früh (eigentlich in 2 stunden) startet auch wieder eine neue stamp with fun challenge. schaut doch mal vorbei, wir haben wieder eine gastdesignerin mit einem genialen sketch - lasst euch überraschen!!!

hello and good evening, my dears. oh yes, i´m sitll living and fine. i´m happy to get no cold. thanks so much for the lovely greetings. so i could make a card to 2 challenges. the one is the actual simon says challenge, i should distres like tim holtz. i love to do that and so it was pur fun. the second challenge is personally. for megahobby i had to create a coupon. the exercise was to use only materials from megahobby - what a lovely challenge to use a limited pools of supplies.

tomorrow in the morning (in about 2 hours) starts a new stamp with fun challenge. please take a look because we will have a verz talented guest designer with a fantastic skecht - great surprise!!!

friday sketchers #55 "love is in the air"

guten morgen, ihr lieben. heute möchte ich mich nur ganz kurz fassen, da ich mich bei der kälte im moment bei uns irgendwie erkältet habe. jacque war heute nun an der reihe ihren ersten sketch bei den friday sketchers zu präsentieren.
ich hatte mal wieder lust auf eine alte tilda und herzchen und was lag da näher das tolle bittersweet papier von basic grey zu benutzen. auch meine nähmaschine ist wieder zu einsatz gekommen.
auch die mädels vom friday sketchers dt haben ganze arbeit geleistet und so tolle beispiele gewerkelt. schau sie euch mal an.

hello and a good morning my friends. today i will write only a short post because it´s cold in germany and i feel not so good. jacque has to present her first sketch for friday sketchers and it was so wonderful to work with.
i wanted to use an old tilda again with hearts and so it was easy to take the fabulous bittersweet papers from basic grey. also my sewing machine has worked.
the girls from friday sketchers have done a fantastic work and made such wonderful examples - please take a look.

old magnolia challenge "chocolate strawberry"

hallo ihr lieben, heute komme ich mit einigen neuigkeiten zu euch, aber dazu komme ich gleich. meine liebe freundin carole hat für die old magnolia challenge eine meiner liebsten tilda´s ausgesucht und es hat so einen spass gemacht, mit ihr zu werkeln. gerade muffins liebe ich ja sehr und backe sie auch sehr gern. viele muffin backbücher haben schon einen platz bei mir gefunden und es ist echt toll rezepte daraus auszuprobieren.
aber nun noch ein paar worte zu meiner karte: ich hatte schon ein paar mal kartenlayouts mit so einem viertelkreis gesehen und da habe ich mir doch auch mal ein layout damit ausgedacht. weil der kreis aber noch so "nackig" aussah, habe ich ihn noch mit einer spitze umnäht. coloriert habe ich bei dieser karte ausschließlich mit tombow pens.

die erste neuigkeit, von der ich euch berichten möchte ist, dass wir - claudia, carole und jacqueline - unsere kleine private challenge mit den "alten" magnolia motiven ab nächste woche mittwoch öffentlich machen wollen. einige hatten bei uns nachfragt, ob wir das ganz nicht challenge organisieren könnten. das heisst wir zeigen unsere karte im neuen challenge blog und auch ihr könnt euch an der challenge beteiligen. aber es ist wirklich nur ein spass-blog ohne sponsoren oder preise und soll nur ein "treffpunkt" für magnolia-liebhaber sein. wir wollen euch nur inspirationen liefern anregen, die alten motive herauszukramen und wieder damit etwas zu tun. also schaut doch mal vorbei - der blog ist schon online!!!

hello all you dear! today i come to you with some news. my dear friend carole has chosen this tilda with cupcakes for our weekly old magnolia challenge and it´s fine because this image is one of my fave. i love muffins and also bake them so often. i have so many baking books about muffins and try to make some receipts. also i have all magnolia stamps with cupcakes.
but now some words to my card: somtimes i have seen on blogs wonderful layouts with quarter circles and i like it. so i had the idea to make also such a layout. but then i found the quarter circle some naked and so i have sew lace around. the coloration is completly made with tombow pens.

now to the first new thing: you have seen my friends claudia, carole, jacqueline and me are following a little private challenge with old magnolia images. some girls has asked us to open the challenge. so we have create a new challenge blog where we want to show our cards and the chosen image and you can make a card or something else too and let us know. we will start in a week with the new challenge. but please notice: the blog is only a funblog without sponsors or prizes and should be only a meeting point for magnolia lovers. so please take a look - the challenge is already online:

double pocket bag: sun care

hallo und einen schönen guten morgen. am sonntag haben wir meine schwiegereltern besucht und ich habe für die mama meines mannes eine kleine geschenktasche gemacht und sie mit 2 kleinen tuben sonnencreme gefüllt. sie ist gegen sonnenstrahlen sehr empfindlich und sollte sich immer gut schützen. so hatte ich die idee für so kleine packungen, die sie auch immer mit sich nehmen kann.

dafür habe ich mir eine super einfache anleitung von den splitcoaststampers genommen. für die tasche benötigt man wirklich nur einen doppelseitigen 12" scrapbogen und mit wenigen handgriffen entsteht diese süsse tasche. die anleitung dazu findet ihr hier: double pocket bag
aber die anya passt doch super zu dem thema oder???

die tasche wird nur im innenteil auf dem stoß geklebt. da aber die tube doch recht dick waren, habe ich die zwei innenseiten der tasche noch zusätzlich zusammengetackert, dass sie nicht so aufspringt. leider soll das wetter in den nächsten tagen nicht mehr ganz so sommerlich sein, aber die heißen tage kommen sicher und dann wird meine schwiegerma die cremes auf jeden fall brauchen.

hello and a good morning. on sunday we have visited my parents in law. i have made for the mom of my hubby a gift bag with 2 little sun cremes. she is very delicate against the sun and so she can take it where she is.

for the little bag i have used a workshop from the splitcoaststampers. it´s so easy and made with only one piece of doublesided 12" design-paper. the workshop you will find here: double pocket bag. the weather in the next days should not be so good but the very hot days will sure come soon.

stamp with fun #09: everything but not a card: "anya-slide-kette"

hallo und guten morgen. auch am heutigen pfingstmontag startet natürlich eine neue challenge bei stamp with fun. dabei haben wir für diese woche ein supergeniales thema, denn es steht zur herausforderung mal keine karte zu gestalten, sondern irgendetwas anderes.

ich selbst stelle mir diese herausforderung auch ab und zu mal aber ich brauchte erst einmal ein paar minuten, um mir zu überlegen, was ich dieses mal machen wollte. dabei ist mir eingefallen, dass ich schon längere zeit kein slide mehr gelötet habe.

card recipe:

papiere/papers: papiere im hintergrund von basic grey
accessoires: perlen, metal charm flower von making memories, herz charm (efco) von megahobby, alcantara band türkis, satinkordel schokobraun
werkzeuge / tools: glasplättchen, kupferband, lötzinn, lötkolben, ösen

aber eines wusste ich gleich: es sollte wieder eine anya sein. ich habe also begonnen das motiv zu stempeln, zu colorieren (tombow und twinklings h²o) und auszuschneiden. nun musste das slide vorbereitet werden und ich alle teile aufgeschichtet werden, kupferband herumgeklebt und dann eingelötet werden. ich habe mit überlegt, dass es eine kette werden soll, also mussten noch ösen daran. nun fehlten nur noch die leder- bzw satinband und die deko: fertig!

ich bin schon mal ganz gespannt, was ihr macht, wenn ihr keine karte gestaltet. ich wünsche euch eine schöne woche und bedanke mich für euren besuch.

hello and good morning. also on the holiday monday starts a new stamp with fun challenge and wie have such a fabulous theme in this week: please make everything but not a card. this challenge i have made myself sometimes but i have to think some minutes what a want to do.

so i have had the idea to make a slide with soldering. i have made that for so long time ago. but one i knew: i want to use a anya. so i began to stamp, color and cut out. i prepared all things for the slide and affix all and put the adhesive copper band around and soldered. then i decide the slide should be a necklace and so have to solder some bails. i have put leather and satin ribbon and decoration on the slide and ready!
